Lantern UAV is a group performance UAV developed for Shenzhen Desert Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. It uses EPP foam and carbon fiber structure, with light weight and high reliability, and LED flame lights are installed inside the lantern. Shenzhen Desert Company used 120 drones of this type to perform at the Gubei Water Town Scenic Area in Beijing from July to October 2018. Every night from 8:00 to 8:15, they performed a group performance of "Prayer at the Foot of the Great Wall" - Kong Mingdeng drone, which received praise from customers and audiences.
